Ethics Guidelines – What We Heard report now available

The Canadian Museums Association has initiated a comprehensive review of its ethics guidelines, in recognition of the evolving ethical landscape in the sector.  Through roundtable discussions, the CMA identified key areas for revision, including but not limited to, Reconciliation, labour practices, environmental impacts and climate change, digital transformation, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).  The “Ethics Guidelines – What We Heard” report captures various insights gleaned from the roundtables and will guide the CMA’s multi-year guidance strategy.
