Note that a credit card (Visa and Mastercard only) is required for all applications submitted online, via email or by fax. We do not accept American Express.

To pay by cheque, contact membership@museums.ca or 613-567-0099 ext. 222.

If you are gifting a membership, send the completed PDF application form to membership@museums.ca .

Please allow 2-3 business days for your application to be processed and for your account to be activated. If you don't receive access to your account after 3 business days, please contact us at membership@museums.ca . It may take up to 3 weeks to receive your new member welcome package.

Already a member? To renew, log into your account to renew your membership online (credit card only). A renew button will appear on your home page during your renewal period. You can also contact us at membership@museums.ca or 613-567-0099 ext. 222 for an invoice.

The membership period covers one year. The CMA will contact you to remind you when your membership is due for renewal.
