Art and Food: The Perfect Canadian Contest

Great Canadian Masters is all about finding inspiration in Canadian artwork and we challenge you to do the same. We want to know which artworks inspire you in the kitchen!

To Enter:

  1. Tweet @musecdn with the hashtag #ArtandFood + the name of the artwork and artist that inspires you!
  2. BONUS ENTRY: Tag the museum where you can find the inspirational artwork for a bonus entry!
  3. Enter as many times as you like, so long as you feature a different artwork each time.

Art & Food Holiday Contest Rules & Regulations

CONTEST (“CONTEST”) ADMINISTERED BY THE CANADIAN MUSEUMS ASSOCIATION (“ADMINISTRATOR”). CONTEST BEGINS ON NOVEMBER 17, 2018 AT 12:00:00 PM EST AND ENDS ON DECEMBER 5, 2018 AT 11:59:59 PM EST. (“CONTEST PERIOD”). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ONLY A TWEET is required. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator. Void where prohibited by law. Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the administrator and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.

To enter the Contest:

  1. Log in to or create your Twitter account.
  2. Follow @musecdn on Twitter, create a tweet that tags the Sponsor’s official Twitter account @musecdn, include the hashtag #ArtandFood and comment with which artwork and artist inspires you.
  3. You will automatically receive one (1) Entry.
  4. One (1) additional entry will be awarded if you also tag the account of any Canadian Museum within your post.
  5. Upon successfully submitting an Entry, you will be entered into the Draw for a chance to win the Prize. See section below.


There are FIVE (5) winners who will win ONE (1) Prize Pack for themselves (the “Prize”). Each Prize Pack consists of the following:

One (1) copy of Great Canadian Masters

One (1) copy of Great Canadian Masters 2

Approximate retail value of the entire Prize is $225 CAD ($45 each Prize Pack). Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit in whole or in part and must be accepted as awarded. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or any component thereof for those of approximately the same value.

Five (5) winners will be chosen at random by the administrator. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be sent a private Twitter message and must therefore have that access enabled and will have forty-eight hours to respond. If no response is received within forty-eight hours, another winner will be chosen. Administrators are not responsible for prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures. Winning entry will be verified. A list of winners will be displayed on the on the original contest post.

Twitter is in no way associated with this giveaway. Tweets must be PUBLIC to be eligible. A reply to the winning email is required within 48 hours before a new winner is chosen. The winner’s entries will be verified.

The winner will be required to enter a skill-testing question to claim the prize.

Administrator reserves the right to publish winner’s first name and last initial and twitter handle.
